The Short Answer: The Tables tab shows three rankings — the League Table (who's winning your fantasy league), Club Goal Differential (which rostered teams have the best GD), and Club Match Results (which rostered teams have the most match result points).
Why Tables Matter
Tables tell the story of your season at a glance.
- Who's winning? Check the League Table.
- Which teams are carrying their managers? Check Club Goal Differential and Club Match Results.
- Where are my teams ranked? Find them in the club tables.
The Three Tables
| Table | What It Shows | Sorted By |
|---|---|---|
| League Table | Manager standings | Total points |
| Club Goal Differential | Team GD rankings | Goal differential |
| Club Match Results | Team MRP rankings | Match result points |
All three tables update in real-time as matches are played.
1. League Table
What It Is
The main standings for your fantasy league. This is who's winning.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rank | Manager's position (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) |
| Manager | Manager name and avatar |
| PTS | Total fantasy points scored |
How It Works
Your total points come from your Starting 5's performance across all their matches:
Total Points = Goal Differential + Match Result Points
Only your starters count. Bench teams don't contribute to your League Table score.
Tiebreakers
If two managers have the same total points:
- Head-to-head Goal Differential
- Total Goal Differential — Higher overall GD wins
- Total Goals Scored — More goals scored wins
2. Club Goal Differential Table
What It Is
A ranking of all rostered teams by their goal differential — goals scored minus goals conceded.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rank | Team's GD ranking among all rostered teams |
| Club | Team crest and name |
| Manager | Which manager owns this team |
| GD | Goal differential (goals scored − goals conceded) |
What to Look For
- Your teams' rankings — Are your starters near the top or buried in the middle?
- Negative GD teams — Teams with negative goal differential are actively hurting their manager. Are any of yours in trouble?
- Manager concentration — Does one manager own multiple top-GD teams? That's a strong roster.
Strategic Insight
High-GD teams are usually elite attacking sides (Man City, Barcelona, Bayern) or defensive fortresses. If your team has great match results but poor GD, they're winning tight games. That's sustainable but risky — one bad blowout loss swings the GD hard.
3. Club Match Results Table
What It Is
A ranking of all rostered teams by their match result points — points earned from wins and draws.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rank | Team's MRP ranking among all rostered teams |
| Club | Team crest and name |
| Manager | Which manager owns this team |
| MR | Match result points (from wins and draws) |
Match result points come from:
| Competition | Win | Draw | Loss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Domestic League | +3 | +1 | 0 |
| Domestic Cup | +4 | +2 | 0 |
| European | +5 | +2 | 0 |
What to Look For
- European team dominance — Teams in Champions League typically rank higher because European wins are worth +5
- Your starters vs. bench — If a bench team is outperforming a starter in MRP, that's a lineup problem
- Cup run impact — Teams making deep cup runs accumulate bonus MRP (+4 per cup win)
Strategic Insight
Match result points reward winning, regardless of margin. A 1-0 win and a 5-0 win both give the same MRP. Elite teams tend to lead both tables, but some teams are "MRP-heavy" (win lots of close games) while others are "GD-heavy" (blow teams out). Knowing which type you own helps predict performance.
How the Tables Connect
Your League Table position is determined by your total points.
Your Total Points = (Sum of Starting 5 GD) + (Sum of Starting 5 MRP)
To climb the League Table, you need your starters appearing near the top of both the GD and MRP club tables.
Using Tables for Lineup Decisions
Before each month:
- Check where your teams rank in GD and MRP
- Compare starters vs. bench — are you starting your best performers?
- Factor in upcoming fixtures — a top-5 GD team facing tough opponents might struggle
- Make swaps if a bench team is outperforming a starter
Example decision:
Your current starter Juventus has +8 GD and 39 MRP (47 total). Your bench team Aston Villa has +12 GD and 43 MRP (55 total).
Aston Villa is outperforming Juventus. Unless Juventus has significantly better fixtures next month, swap them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my team's GD different from their real-world GD?
Fantasy Fútbol only counts matches played while that team was in your Starting 5. If Liverpool went +15 GD in October but they were on your bench, that doesn't count for you.
Can a team have negative MRP?
No. Match result points are always ≥ 0. Losses add nothing.
Can a team have negative GD?
Yes. If your team concedes more goals than they score, their GD is negative.
How often do the tables update?
Real-time. As soon as a match finishes and scores are confirmed, the tables reflect the new totals.
Do the tables include all managers or just my league?
Just your league. These are private league tables showing only the managers and teams in your specific league.
